Description of the project The aim of the research is to document the different ocular manifestations of inherited metabolic disorders and to establish their prevalence. A database concerning the clinical features of such disorders will be designed. The examination of the cases will include examination under anesthesia using the indirect ophthalmoscope and photography for the posterior segment changes. Anterior segment photography using the microscope and ultrasound biomicroscopy examination will be performed to detect the anterior segment abnormalities especially in cases of corneal clouding. All these data will be collected and analyzed to estimate prevalence and document clinical findings. The systemic manifestations will also be studied
