| Special requirements | *Guarantee money
students should pay guarantee money 100 EURO in the beginning of exchange to the LC just as a saving in case there is any accident or mistakes which cause a financial loss to anybody. if there is no accident, students can receive the money back at the same amount without being cut. *Hepatitis–B and BCG Vaccination *students have to apply for 3 different cities |

| Substitutions | *Substitution of the incoming students only can be done before the CA

| Board & Lodging | The incoming students will be housed on a homestay basis or in a rented flat.

| Social Program | *We arrange social program in
weekends or holidays. It could be a visit to prominent research centers, excursion to places of interests, formal or informal gathering with the local students, and other programs to facilitate the acquaintances of the incoming students with his/her surroundings. For this purpose, we also hope that the incoming students can bring some materials about his/her previous research/scientific experience from his/her original country and share it with the local students. *no social programs will be arranged outside the city of the chosen university. |
