| Documents required | - Official AF (stamped & singed) with 2 passport photos.
- Letter of recommendation (signed by Dean or tutoring professor) - Motivation letter adressed to the tutor (one for each project). - Curriculum Vitae. - Spanish or english language certificate. - Health insurance certificate. - Yellow fever vaccination (specially for the Malaria project) |
| Digital documents required | CD or e-mail: a passport photo, copy of your passport, proof of enrollment. |
| Special requirements | - Make sure that the project you are applying to is available at that period.
- Check you fulfill the requirements of the project. - Apply for 3 different projects. - Get in touch with your contact person and your tutor as soon as you get your CA. - Notify us if you need any special document for VISA purposes. *The CC MUST be send at least 4 week prior arrival. |

| Substitutions | Substitutions rather than cancellations.
All changes must be notified by the NORE at least 2 months in advance. Substitutes must be of the same gender, same period, same town and same project. |
| Working hours | Usually 6 hours a day, from Monday to Friday but the schedule depends on the project. |
| Board & Lodging | 1)Bilaterals: free board & lodging (at least one meal per day).
2)Students stay at host families. 3)Unilaterals: 300 euros |
| Social Program | Social program is provide by the local committee.
If the student wants to do an extra activity coordinate with anticipation with your contact. |
