Documents required 1. eAF exchanged electronically.
2. 1 Letter of motivation for each project ranked (Very important!)
3. 1 Letter of recommendation.
4. 1 Curriculum Vitae outlining academics, work experience, research experience.
5. Fluent English speaking REQUIRED, no exceptions.
6. 1 passport sized photograph.
7. Certificate of valid health insurance.
Digital documents required The above mentioned documents may all be submitted electronically to the AMSA-USA NORE.
Special requirements Applications are accepted year round. If the student's ENGLISH is not deemed sufficient the rotation WILL HAVE TO BE CANCELED.
Per American standards, a strong work ethic and professional behavior is expected. Failure to adhere to these guidelines compromises individual exchanges as well as unfortunately endangers future exchanges with the country. If there is unacceptable behavior the exchange agreement will be revoked. We require AF's to be scanned & emailed. NO paper documents.

Substitutions May be possible as the NORE sees fit. Must be confirmed prior to the issuing of CA. NORE of the sending NMO has to support the substitution and substitute is required to submit all required documents.
Working hours Maximum of 40 hrs per week. No weekends.
Board & Lodging The student will be provided free lodging and generally $100 allowance for board.
Social Program Every exchangee will have his/her personal student mentor to assist with Exchangee's social program. Social program will depend on the wishes and personal preferences of the exchangee and the mentor, no formal structure but options will be offered.
