| Documents required | Unfortunately due to Dutch law we can only accept students who have a passport from a country within the European Union (except Bulgaria and Romania).
AF’s send before January 2011, will not be accepted. We want to be able to offer the best projects possible. Please send eAF's at least 3 months before the exchange. eAF's sent after the deadline will be returned. Each application should include - 1 Application Form (e-exchange) - 1 passport copy (digital) - 2 Passport photos (please bring to the MM or send by post we need the original foto(3,5cm x 4,5cm)) - 1 Health insurance certificate (digital) - 1 Liability insurance certificate (digital) - 1 Travel insurance certificate (digital) - 1 English language certificate (digital) - 1 Curriculum Vitae (CV) (digital) - 1 University document stating that the student is in fact a (bio)medical student and in which year he/she is in. - 3 Motivationletters, 1 for each project (Guidelines for the motivational letter: Introduce yourself, why did you apply for this project and what would you like to learn from it) |

| Special requirements | * Please apply for two different cities. We will not accept AFs when the student only applies for Amsterdam.
* Speaking English properly is obligatory. * Be prepared to live in a student house as an independent Dutch student. * We can only provide lodging for the exchange student |

| Substitutions | We prefer substitution instead of cancellation.
Substitutes should send the new AF one month in advance and should apply for same period, city, projects and be the same gender. |
| Working hours | +/- 8 hours a day, 5 days a week |
| Board & Lodging | Bilateral agreement: Lodging included, we provide pocketmoney instead of boarding, amount depends on faculty
The unilateral fee is different per university. Please enquire. |
| Social Program | * National Social Program in summer. There are 4 different weekend programs planned, 2 take place in July and 2 in August.
* The rest of the year social activities will be organized by the local committees. * Sometimes costs of activities are not included. |
