| Documents required | - Health insurance must be shown upon arrival. |
| Digital documents required | - New IFMSA AF, completely filled out (2 copies)
- Motivation Letter (3 motivation letters for 3 different projects) - Recommendation Letter (1 copy).. - Official Language certificate in English (1 copy) - 2 passport photocopies. - 2 photographs. - Copy From Student Card. |
| Special requirements | -14 days of attendance are the minimum to get a certificate.
IN SUMMER MONTHS: - student must apply for projects in 3 different cities. IN WINTER MONTHS: - student must apply for projects in 2 different cities. Otherwise the student may be not accepted in his/her choices. Please Bring your white coat,Stethoscope. you may find different traditions and morals than your home country but you must respect |

| Periods for each Univeristy/City | January and June are exams periods on all LCs but some LCs may accept at this period.
Alexandria: July and August Only Assuit: All over the year except May &June. Ismailia (Suez Canal) : All the year except May, June. |

| Substitutions | The substitute must:
- Be of the same sex. - Accept the same city, department and project. All changes must be reported to the NORE within the stated period for the card of confirmation. |

| Board & Lodging | Free on bilateral agreement.
Unilateral Exchange have the same exchange conditions of the bilateral one, Unilateral Exchange fees "300 Euro" must be paid to the Hosting LORE upon arrival |
| Social Program | Provided by each Local association. National Week End is organized every year in July. |
