Research Exchange : Exchange Conditions of HelMSIC(Greece)
Deadline for application (months in advance)	3
Documents required	ONLY Digital Documents at the March Meeting! (We need the original/paper documents upon student's arrival) - 4 passport photos - CV and Motivation Letters (included in eAF) - OFFICIAL English Language Certificate (NOT signed by NEO/NORE) - Proof of Enrollment, certified by the University that the student attends - Recommendation Letter - Health insurance - Liability insurance - Immunization form (www.helmsic.gr) - Signed Rules form (www.helmsic.gr) All documents should be in English! NOTES: - Immunization Form, Rules Form, Health and Liability Insurance should be sent the latest ONE MONTH before the exchange, along with the CC (Card of Confirmation) - In the eAF all three project choices should be filled in and at least TWO different Local Committees should be included. (Please make sure that you have checked the available periods for each University/City mentioned below, before filling in the eAF) - Students are also kindly requested to bring a printed copy of the logbook of AQ Kit with them.
Digital documents required	All the documents mentioned above, but we also need the original/paper documents upon student's arrival.
Special requirements	eAFs and required documents should be sent by the end of the March Meeting for incomings for months April-September. eAFs and documents for incomings for the period October-March should be sent until the 10th of September. Students are accepted only in CALENDAR MONTHS (1st-31st month, except for Crete and if not differently specified by the project). Students must complete at least the 3/4 of the exchange period, otherwise Local Officers have the right not to provide the certificate.

Substitutions	It depends on the LC and there may be limitations concerning male/female substitutions. Substitutes will be assigned in the same project and period.
Working hours	Depending on the tutor's schedule, students MUST attend regurarly
Board & Lodging	-Free on Bilateral agreement Usually in university/hospital/student hostels/appartment. -The cost for unilateral students is 300 Euros and is to be paid upon arrival.
Social Program	Depends on Local Committee and time of year.
