| Documents required | 1. Official SCORE application form.
2. Valid Health Insurance for the exchange period. 3. Motivation Letter for each project 4. Letter of Recommendation from professor or dean We can not guarantee to consider applications that arrive later than 3 months in advance of the beginning of the desired period of project. Please, choose projects from different domains! AF's should arrive before March! CC's should arrive before the June! All documents must be in English. |

| Special requirements | LC: Vilnius and Kaunas.
Exchange periods: July 1-31 d. August 1-30 d. You should have a White Coat. For those, who need visas:we need a copy of student's passport! Students who would like to be placed together must clearly state this in both AFs. please, send AF before 01.03.2009!!! Substitutes must accept the same period and department, and be the same sex(we prefer substtutions rather than cancellations) |

| Substitutions | Substitutes can be accepted to the same project and time as the original applicant.The requirements for the project must mach. A substitute must send all the required documents. |
| Working hours | According to individual projects. Approximately 6-8 hours a day. Monday to Friday. |
| Board & Lodging | Board and lodging will be provided by the local representatives
Free of charge on bilateral agreement in students hostel, 250 Euro for Unilateral Exchangees. |
| Social Program | Social Program is organized during summer months (June – August) by the local committees. More information will be send with welcome letter. |
